Returns & Exchanges


Returns are accepted for unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges not accepted

 

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report any product issues or defects.


A restocking fee of 10% of the product price applies to all authorized returns.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Every sticker is handmade to order, and tooled by me. Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery to report any product issues, this insures any defects are assessed as soon as possible. 

Please make sure you follow the installation instructions and only place the stickers on hard NON TEXTURED surfaces!

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order!


Customs & Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply to the delivery of your stickers. Those fees are charged by your government where you live locally. That money is not paid to the United States government. Please consult your local government officials if you have any questions or concerns about the process. 

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Unfortunately, the way of the world right now is seeing intermittent slowness with processing international mail, both coming into the United States and leaving the country.

All international orders ship with USPS first class tracking. I am very sorry, I know that the shipping is crazy expensive, but I've been burned too many times when allowing international buyers to choose no tracking options. 😞
